Welcome to LibeeLink. By accessing or using our matchmaking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using LibeeLink, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use LibeeLink
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

• You must use federated sign-in (Apple ID or Google) to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• One account per person - duplicate accounts may be terminated
• You must not impersonate any person or entity

4. User Conduct

You agree to use LibeeLink respectfully and responsibly. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Posting sexually explicit, violent, or offensive content
• Sharing false or misleading information in your profile
• Using the platform for commercial purposes or solicitation
• Attempting to defraud or scam other users
• Sharing personal contact information of other users without consent
• Using automated systems or bots to access the service
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access our source code

5. Content Guidelines

All photos and profile content are subject to review:

• No nudity, sexually suggestive, or inappropriate images
• No violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• We use AI content moderation to review all uploads before publication
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines

6. Matching and Communication

• You receive up to 10 daily match suggestions based on compatibility
• Matches are generated using our proprietary algorithm
• We do not guarantee you will find a match or relationship
• Chat functionality is only available after mutual acceptance
• Messages are limited to 1,000 characters
• Conversations inactive for 90 days will be automatically deleted

7. Safety and Reporting

• If you experience harassment or inappropriate behavior, use the report/block features
• We investigate all reports but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
• Users who violate our policies may have their accounts suspended or terminated
• Always prioritize your safety when meeting someone in person
• LibeeLink is not responsible for offline interactions between users

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using LibeeLink, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Subscription and Fees

LibeeLink is currently free for all users. All features are accessible without payment. We do not offer premium subscriptions or paid upgrades. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these terms and notify users in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

• LibeeLink and all related trademarks are owned by us
• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio, answers)
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it to provide the service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers

12. Disclaimers

LibeeLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for the conduct of other users
• We do not verify the accuracy of user profiles or information
• We are not liable for any relationships or interactions between users
• Your use of the service is at your own risk

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LibeeLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LibeeLink harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another user.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of LibeeLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LibeeLink is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LibeeLink shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
